OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. All returns are refunded back to your card or via store credit. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. After we process the refund, it could take 7 business day to reflect back to your account.
***#HopeSquad Loyalty Program points will be deducted from your account in the amount you earned for the item you wish to return.
In-Store Returns Policy
We do not provide CASH refunds unless cash was used at our retail location. We will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date if applicable) with a valid receipt/order slip and all tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery!
Upon returning the item, we will notify you when your return process is complete.
All items returned must be in original condition, include all paperwork (packing slip), with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
If you received items ordered online that were incorrect, you will need to contact our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3) Exchange for same item if incorrect size etc.
Return Labels & Packages
Prepaid return labels will be provided if you choose to send the item back. Shipping cost will be deducted from your total return. We will refund the shipping cost if an item ordered is incorrect.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
